The goal of our "Universal Support Group" is to create spiritual synergy directed to improving of generally understood well being (spiritual, psychological or material) and restoring balance and harmony to the participants, as well as people not directly connected to our group. We use the intentional, however, nonspecific and non-directed meditation in our process. We meditate in the intention of a specific person/object, nevertheless, we leave it to the Supreme Being to decide what is best for the person/object the mediation is intended  to. Anyone can use this type of mediation for her/himself at any time.

There is a possibility of adding people to our meditation list. It can be done by sending us a suggestion via the e-mail link in the left upper corner of this page.

Introduction to Maditation

"We are always praying; every moment of every day, for we have within us the same power that
created everything we perceive. Peace is achieved by realizing that power, then
creating a world that is in alignment with the Will of God, not the ego. (...)
But knowing it with the mind is not enough. WE must know it through our
emotions and feelings  as well, and then will we be known by God."

There is a very powerful prayer that Ho'oponopono practitioners say.
This prayer is called Mornah's prayer; you simply recite it and fill in
the blanks with whatever situation you may be facing.

Dear Spirit/ Consciousness, please locate the origin of my feelings/
thoughts of ___ (fill in the blank with whatever issue you are
addressing), take each and every level, layer, area, and aspect of my
being to this origin; analyze it and resolve it perfectly with God's
truth. Come through all generations of time and eternity, healing every
incident and its appendages based on the origin. Please do it according
to God's will until I am at the present, filled with light and truth. I
ask for God's peace, love, and forgiveness of myself for my incorrect
perceptions; forgiveness of every person, place, circumstance, and
event which contributed to these feelings/ thoughts. With total
forgiveness and unconditional love, I allow every physical, mental,
emotional, and spiritual problem and inappropriate behavior, based on
the negative origin, recorded in my DNA, to transform. I choose being
_____ (fill in the blank with whatever you are addressing). I feel
_____ (fill in the blank). I am ____ (fill in the blank). It is done,
it is healed, and it is accomplished now. Thank you Spirit for coming
to my aid and for helping me to attain the full measure of my creation.

Thank you. I love you. Praise God for whom all blessings flow.

ATTENTION:

Expression GOD   may be substituted by the deity of your choice which conforms one’s religious views. E.g.: Divine Creator, Supreme Power, Supreme Being, Universe, Jehovah, Supreme Architect, etc. Meditation is a form of "face to face" conversation with GOD, and is not intended in any way to substitute or replace prayers prescribed by organized religions. Religious prayers are the sole matters of the participants. One can include them in meditations at his/her own convenience. It is recommended that before meditation a five minute breathing exercise is performed. With the feet resting on the floor/Earth, sit comfortably in a chair or sofa. Close your eyes and relax your eyelids. Take a slow, deep breath through the nose counting to eight. Exhale slowly through the mouth, counting to eight, simulating the "Haaa" sound.

This exercise is designed to relax the whole body.

AFFIRMATION OF HEALTH

“My body and all its organs were created by the infinite intelligence in my
subconscious mind. It knows how to heal me. Its wisdom created all my organs, tissues, bones and
muscles. This infinite healing presence within me is now transforming every
atom of my being, making me whole and perfect. I give thanks for the healing I
know is taking place now. Wonderful are the works of the creative intelligence
within me. I am now perfectly healthy.”[And it is done. (Added by: L.K.)]
